Feed Back From All 3 Of You

Published on May 15, 2013 by

Reader(s),

Our readership is oddly consistant seeing as our posts were stalled for months.

In all reality, they will not pick back up past my coffee binge.

Hi Ricky.

Regardless, our tracker gives us anywhere from 3-17 viewers during the days of hiatis. To me, that means we need those few readers to give us some feedback.

Tweet your ideas @CPBounce

If you do, not only will we be surprised anyone read this post, we’ll give you a one-of-a-kind shout out.

Bye Ricky,

Sebastian

Sebastian-ism: Hail the Sun

Published on May 15, 2013 by

Friends, Foes, 3 readers,

Not to wash away my brilliant post about Daft Punk below, but my coffee is in full force – it is time to relay some tunage.

One. Post. At. A. Time.

Hail the Sun is a most excellent mixture of Fall of Troy and HRVRD with Anthony Green-esque vocals.

To those of you who are not aware, Anthony Green is the vocalist for Circa Survive. And more or less, his voice is the desirable sound for any experimental punk band’s front man. In other words, Hail the Sun’s vocalist is worth a listen.

As a drummer, I struggle to not focus on what is going on behind the rhythm. Donovan Melero, drums, plays in a very technical manner. He accents each bar of music with tasteful hi-hat rolls and elegant transitions from in-your-face sections of a song to melodic, introspective stances.

Ah, yes, Donovan is also the singer.

Try Dead Messages first.

Preparing my next post before finishing this one,

Your friend, Sebastian

Daft Punk

Published on May 15, 2013 by

Hey, idiots, Daft Punk has their new album Random Access Memories streaming on iTunes.

If you don’t take the clicks to open your iTunes, bring up the iTunes store, click on the link that says “Stream Daft Punk’s New Album” that is accompanied by pictures of Daft Punk and their logo, then slam your mouse clicker down on “play,” you’re not worth CP Bounce’s time.

Then again, is CP Bounce worth your time? Read on.

I decided it was important to make this post since CP Bounce is (was) the premiere music blog for everyone, everywhere.

Also, Doodles forgot to cancel payments to own the domain.

All of this together puts us in a unique position to start posting again on this website instead of our super secret, ultra steller, wish-you-could-join, facebook group.

Don’t look for it, it is not available to the public – plus, it has a new name.

LOOK HERE!

LET THE GAMES BEGIN.

Always a friend,

SebASStian

To Our Beloved Readers

Published on November 16, 2012 by

Dear Readers,

If you haven’t noticed we have been a bit sparse on keeping you all up to date with the latest whomps, wangs (not penis’s), and zooms of the electronic music industry as of late.

At this present time, ViewLife is living in the real(ish) world, Doodles has become a Fence, Fox moved away to some god awful place away from us, and I settled into writing for a legitimate publication outside of the music industry.

Now, what does that mean for you?

Pretty much nothing! But, good news, there has been an increased interest in Bouncing around CP and thankfully we’re here to do it.

Now the real question: What does that mean for CP Bounce?!

A lot, actually. As co-owner, CFO, and Indie Editor, I have taken it upon myself to let you know of the current status of the writers you came to love (see above).

Other than that, not too much.

Do expect posts soon, probably not on CP Bounce–you’re more likely to find a unicorn–but here is the BIG NEWS:

Doodles is a promotor! Find him, like him, get tickets from him, and hug him!

But don’t bang him, he doesn’t bang.

For more information see @Francbro

And for other writers (me):

Sebastian: @GoodOlePoe
– News updates, indie music, and other random things
ViewLife: @ISuck
– Just kidding

Always a friend,

Sebastian
